This Cookie Policy explains how RobottWorks, Ltd. ("RobottWorks," "TrackStage," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the TrackStage platform at trackstage.io, our marketing website at mytrackstage.com, and the TrackStage applications (the "Service"), and the choices available to you. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
01
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels, which this policy refers to collectively as "cookies."
02
How TrackStage Uses Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
| Cookie Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Required for the Service to function — keeping you logged in, maintaining your session while you work in your catalog, remembering items in progress, and enabling core security features (such as CSRF protection). These cannot be switched off. |
| Payment Processing | When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, may set cookies to securely process your payment, detect fraud, and remember your payment session. See stripe.com/privacy. |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors use the Service (pages viewed, time on site, features used). These collect aggregated or pseudonymous usage data rather than directly identifying you. |
| Marketing / Measurement | Set by the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on our website to measure marketing effectiveness and record conversion events. These are non-essential cookies and are set only with your consent where consent is required. |
| Preferences | Remember settings such as your chosen view, dismissed prompts, or interface preferences, so you don't have to reset them every visit. |
Marketing cookies. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on our website to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and to record conversion events. This cookie is non-essential and, where consent is required in your jurisdiction, is set only after you have given it. If we introduce further advertising or retargeting technologies, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
03
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by third parties who provide services on our behalf:
| Provider | Purpose | More Information |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing, fraud prevention | stripe.com/privacy |
| Google Analytics 4 | Site usage analytics | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Meta (Facebook) Pixel | Marketing measurement and conversion tracking on the website | facebook.com/policy.php |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Bot and spam protection on login and signup forms | cloudflare.com/privacypolicy |
We will update this table if we add or remove third-party tools that set cookies.

Other tracking technologies. The TrackStage website also uses web beacons (transparent GIFs), which may be included in marketing emails to record whether an email has been opened, and browser fingerprinting for security and bot-detection purposes. The TrackStage mobile application does not use browser cookies.
04
Cookie Duration
Some cookies are "session cookies," which are deleted when you close your browser. Others are "persistent cookies," which remain on your device for a set period (or until you delete them) so the Service can recognize you on return visits.
05
Your Choices
5.1 Browser Controls
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will likely prevent parts of the Service — such as staying logged in — from working correctly.
5.2 Cookie Consent Banner
If you access TrackStage from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction requiring prior consent for non-essential cookies, we will present a cookie banner allowing you to accept or reject analytics and non-essential cookies before they are set. You can change your preference at any time via the cookie settings link in the site footer.
5.3 Analytics Opt-Out
Where we use Google Analytics, you may also opt out directly using Google's browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5.4 California and Other US State Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA regarding the sale or sharing of personal information, including information collected via cookies. We do not sell personal information collected through cookies for money. Our use of the Meta (Facebook) Pixel may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as that term is defined under the CPRA, and you may direct us to stop such sharing by contacting us using the details below or by rejecting non-essential cookies. Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights; contact us using the details below to make a request.
06
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and tools we use. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last Updated" date, and where required by law, will seek renewed consent for any new non-essential cookies.
